Nice work.. I'm not really familiar with that series (it's another on my loooong list of "anime to see when I have money") but this piece is nicely done, regardless. The characters themselves came out great (especially the guy with his back turned to the 'camera'), but I think my favorite part is actually that border of blood, heehee.

The only thing that's itching at me is actually the word "Berserk" there. I'm not really sure if it's needed or not, but other than that, great piece. I can tell a lot of work went into it.

sorry i took so long to get to it, but this has to be my favorite of yours...not only because berserk is one of my favorite anime, but because it just looks so awesome in your style.
you've really done a great job capturing the personality of those three characters...and the coloring is just wonderful!

I like the character designs. One suggestion I can think of is to reinforce the textures with the shading.

For instance, the armor on the bottom left, has wear and tear lines in ink on the shoulder. If they were highlighted, it would blend the coloring with the inking nicely.

Just a suggestion.

Finally someone who draws Berserk!!! Yipee!!! ^^ Excellent job with the coloring and everything else too!

i bought the first volume of Berserk just for random anime i buy from time to time. Animation quality was on and off and the first five episodes were a total diasppointment. But it's been said that the first volume was crap and that the rest gets better, so unlike Blue Gender, which had promise to begin with, i'll continue to buy Berserk if i see them.

This looks cool, cept griffin looks a bit maturer than he does...i think it's something with his lip and nose legth...otehr than that everyone can pass as they are.

but then again fan art is in my opinion supposed to be the artist's rendition of the characters..so in that sense they're perfect.

Love this, really I do. Only comment would be that you made Griffith look like Hercules from Disney. He should be more pretty, if you know what I mean.
