Mario Bros and Peach

The first entry of a new sketchbook I just bought. I've seen a lot of other real life mario renditions, and so this was my take on it. People have, at times, visualized him as some ugly fat italian guy that works as a plumber. I tried to give him a more respected look...husky yet good looking, same went for Luigi...thin and handsome. Also, about Peach...you may notice that she's a little older. I tried to give her an older look to match Mario's aged appearance. I always thought Mario looked too old for Peach. So, i gave her a motherly and classy appearance, but not cougar status. haha. As for color schemes, I went with the original Super Mario Bros. Mario - Red & Brown, Luigi - White & green.

Also tried a new watercolor brush in CS3.
