Only thing I can think of is you can show a little more depth to spiderman's body if maybe he was in a more dynamic pose. But that's just nitpicking. Other than that, great draw! Solid style, composition, and topic. More please!

If only the movie had turned out like that good pic.

it looks nice, just a little confused about what spiderman is coming out of, and matching with the perspetive of venom is wierd, almost like spider man should be more croutched twords venom to give that intense feel. like look at it this way if you cover up spiderman venom is in an intense action pose, almost like hes shocked or about to stike somthing. Where as if you cover up venom spiderman looks more or less like hes just hanging from some black goop with an agrivated expression. Thats just my oppionon though ^_^
